RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TL Elite merchandise. If you're not, here's how we can help:
Returns: Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item has not been worn or washed.

PICK UP POLICY
All TL Elite merch orders are pickup only. You can collect your items at one of the following locations:
Thayer Sports Center: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Your TL Elite Training Sessions: Just let us know which session you'll attend.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order confirmation available at pickup.
