Cancellation Policy

All sessions — including private lessons, group training, and drop-ins — must be booked in advance. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or session credit. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable; if you need to cancel within that window, please contact us directly to open a case, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For training packages booked upfront, refunds are available up until 30 days before the package start date. Once within 30 days of your package start date, no refunds will be issued. No-shows are non-refundable. TL Elite Hockey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
