What we collect
When you book a session, buy gear, or send us a form, we collect the details you give us: player and guardian name, email, phone, birth date, current team, and anything you write in a message. We keep this so we can run your booking and follow up with you.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded along with the last four digits.
How we use it
To confirm and run your sessions, fulfil merch orders, and reply to enquiries. If you opt in, we may email you about upcoming programs — every such email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Children’s information
We train youth players, so much of what we hold relates to minors and is provided by a parent or guardian. We collect only what we need to run a session safely and contact you, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Your choices
Want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or your details deleted? Email info@tlelitehockey.com and we’ll take care of it. Note that we may need to keep booking and payment records for accounting purposes.
