Bookings & payment

Sessions, seasonal programs, and clinics are booked through this site and paid online at checkout. A spot is not held until payment completes. Drop-in sessions are sold per date; seasonal programs are sold as a full block at one price for the whole run.

Cancellations & refunds

In short: 24 hours’ notice on a session and we credit it back to you; inside 24 hours it’s forfeited, because the ice and the coach are already booked. Season Programs are fully refundable before the block starts and credited (less an administrative fee) after. If wecancel, it’s your choice — full credit or full refund.

Merchandise

Return & Exchange Policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your TL Elite merchandise. Returns: items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges: if you need a different size, exchanges are subject to availability.

Pick Up Policy. All TL Elite merch orders are pickup only. Collect your items at Thayer Sports Center, Monday–Thursday 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM, or at your TL Elite training session — just let us know which session you'll attend. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.

On the ice

Full protective equipment is required for all on-ice sessions. Players train at their own risk; TL Elite Hockey School LLC is not responsible for injury, or for lost or damaged personal property at the rink.

Photography

We occasionally photograph and film sessions for use on this site and our social channels. If you’d prefer your player not appear, let us know and we’ll honour it.
