Pick Up Policy

All TL Elite merch orders are pickup only. Collect your items at Thayer Sports Center, Monday–Thursday 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM, or at your TL Elite training session — just let us know which session you'll attend. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TL Elite merchandise. Returns: items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges: if you need a different size, exchanges are subject to availability.
